My parent’s Wedding Album manifested my photography career. Sounds a little crazy, but it's true...

They were married on a cold day in January. In Poland back then, wedding photographs were mostly done in a studio setting. You got about 5 photos and that was that. Believe it or not, at that time candid photographs were considered a waste of film and most of them ended in the garbage. My father, hired a photographer for the entire day. Naturally, everyone thought he was nuts and that it was a huge waste of money as there were many candids and for the record & on top of it he purchased a beautiful 10x10 Album. 

I’m really grateful he did. 

Through my eyes as a child, it was my favourite “book” and I loved being lost in the magic of their wedding day.

I became a photographer because I really wanted to create beautiful and memorable photographs for my clients. 

It's an incredible feeling to know that my clients wedding story is forever told in a beautiful family heirloom so they can go back at any time and relive the wedding day for generations to come.

This is why, to this day I include an album with every wedding collection.

Initially, I structured my wedding collections as every other photographer in the city with a 6 hour, 8 hour or 10 hour options (respectively) and making some extra money billing overtime.  By having time restrictions, I could not be creative or deliver unique images because I was constantly being pressured by brides to hurry up.

The insanity had to stop...

So, I changed my entire business model and took the 6-8-10 hours completely out of my wedding collections. Now if it takes us 12 hours to photograph your wedding day, so be it!

Today, my clients can enjoy and relish every moment of their wedding while I create beautiful photographs; no one is stressed for time and no one receives a huge overtime invoice either.
